A LiDAR sensor module (104) provides 360-degree environmental mapping with sub-centimeter accuracy, while an ultrasonic sensor array (103) ensures close- range obstacle detection. An IMU sensor (105) offers motion stabilization and orientation tracking. An ESP32 microcontroller board (106) integrates data from the sensors using real-time fusion to control holonomic motion and obstacle avoidance, enabling simultaneous translation and rotation. The system includes a modular sensor mounting framework for adaptability and a power management system separating motor and electronics circuits for operational efficiency. Applications include warehouse automation, indoor navigation, and service robotics, offering enhanced maneuverability, energy efficiency, and reliable obstacle detection in constrained environments.
