The system enables vendors to register their arrival through a touchscreen interface by entering basic details and automatically records check-in and check-out timestamps. A processing module computes the total duration of vendor stay, eliminating manual record-keeping. The system includes a secure data storage unit and an administrative dashboard for real-time monitoring, analytics, and reporting. An alert notification module sends instant notifications to relevant personnel upon vendor check-in and check-out. Optional features include QR code scanning and image capture for enhanced efficiency and security. The invention improves transparency, operational efficiency, and accountability while reducing manual errors in vendor management processes.
