Abstract: TITLE: “A TOW-HITCH ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE” [061] ABSTRACT The present disclosure discloses a tow-hitch assembly for a vehicle is described. The tow-hitch assembly includes a hitch receptacle. One end of the which being securable to a rear cross member of the vehicle and arcuately extending rearwards from the rear cross member. A hitch bar complementing a profile of the hitch receptacle and being structured to be telescopically disposed in the hitch receptacle. The hitch bar is displaceable between and selectively lockable in a first position and a second position. In the second position, the hitch bar being structured to be operatively hitched to at least one of a powered vehicle and a drawn vehicle. Fig. 2 is a representative figure.
