One or more payload unit (118) comprises a cavity (120) having a turnplate (122) for dispensing liquid fertilizer and solid seed receiving through a conical shaped inlet (130) with a wide opening (132). A pair of clampers (126) having a hole (128) to fix one or more payload unit (118) to primary frame (110). A primary outlet (112) to dispense solid seed and a secondary outlet (114) to dispense liquid fertilizer. An arc shaped sealing mechanism (116) to close primary and secondary outlet when not in use.
