Abstract: Abstract A unified artificial intelligence enabled integrated system for higher education comprises connectors for academic, financial, administrative and research applications, an event normalization engine, a permission-controlled institutional knowledge graph, an inference engine, a dependency registry and a workflow execution controller. Source changes are represented as versioned canonical events. Analytical outputs are associated with manifests identifying source records, derived features, model versions and policy versions. A subsequent data or permission change identifies affected outputs through dependency indexes and query-scope records. Affected outputs are marked stale and selectively recomputed. Before executing a workflow action, the controller verifies current dependency versions, permissions, approval validity and execution identity. Mismatches block execution and trigger recomputation or renewed approval. The system provides shared consistency and provenance controls across smart education, institutional fintech, administrative governance and multidisciplinary research analytics.
