The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates a vehicle alert system (200) which includes a horn assembly (100) configured to emit sounds, and a control unit (300) communicatively connected to an input unit (120), one or more sensors (402, 404, 408, 410, 412) adapted to measure operating conditions of a vehicle and a horn switch (406) of the vehicle. The horn assembly includes a funnel (150) and a reflector (160) which direct the sound more precisely, allowing for a controlled dispersion pattern. The reflector enhance the directivity by focusing the sound wave into a narrower beam, which leads to better localization of the sound. A diaphragm (140) minimizes distortion during sound reproduction. The control unit (300) is configured to selectively emit an acoustic vehicle alert sound [AVAS] or a honking sound through the horn assembly (100) to alert pedestrians. The vehicle alert system (200) minimizes energy loss and provides more focused sound output. [Referred to Fig. 1]
