Abstract: The present invention relates to an ayurvedic beverage dispensing vending machine configured to provide personalized herbal or ayurvedic beverages based on tongue scanning analysis. The machine comprises a dual-tank system for tea and millet preparation, an induction heating holder shell for controlled indirect heating, a hopper- based ingredient dispensing system, a lead screw and strainer assembly, and a motor-driven stirrer. A tongue scanning module captures and processes images of a user’s tongue to classify features such as color, shape, coating, and thickness, thereby identifying the user’s vata, pitta, and kapha metabolic type. The control system selects an appropriate beverage formulation and automates the preparation and dispensing process, including ingredient immersion, stirring, heating, and discharge. The invention preserves the therapeutic properties of herbal ingredients, ensures hygienic preparation, minimizes wastage, and enables personalized ayurvedic beverage dispensing in accordance with circadian rhythm, seasonal variations, and individual physiological conditions.
