Abstract: A WAVELET-BASED COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DISEASE MODELING, PREDICTION AND TREATMENT OPTIMIZATION Abstract of the Invention The present invention relates to a computer-implemented wavelet- based method, system, and program product for disease modeling, prediction, and treatment optimization. The invention transforms nonlinear, time-dependent, fractional-order, and delay differential equations representing disease dynamics into the wavelet domain using suitable wavelet basis functions. Operational matrix techniques and collocation methods are applied to convert the transformed system into algebraic equations, which are solved to obtain approximate solutions with high accuracy and reduced computational complexity. The system integrates patient-specific or population-level data to analyze disease progression and simulate treatment strategies. Based on the analysis, optimal therapeutic interventions are generated for improved clinical decision-making. The invention is applicable to various diseases and supports scalable, efficient, and accurate biomedical modeling and personalized treatment planning.
