The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT “A WEARABLE BEHAVIOURAL STATE-BASED SEIZURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” A wearable behavioural state-based seizure management system (100) comprises a wearable device assembly (101) with a multimodal behavioural acquisition subsystem (110) that acquires concurrent motion-related and physiological behavioural descriptors. A Behavioural State Construction Engine (113) constructs a persistent multidimensional behavioural operational state that is maintained in a Behavioural State Repository (114) as a shared operational entity. Cooperative behavioural-state management modules, a Dynamic Verification Controller (117) and an Autonomous Emergency Coordination Controller (118) operate on the shared behavioural operational state. An Integrated Seizure- Management Controller (120) permanently organises the modules into a state-centric cooperative embedded controller architecture implemented on-device. Dynamic physical verification reduces false emergency activations, while autonomous multi-stage emergency coordination enables timely caregiver communication. An optional Patient Guidance and Clinical Decision Support Module (122) may employ generative artificial intelligence to prepare patient guidance and clinical summaries from the behavioural operational state.
