The device comprises an adjustable velcro strap (101) worn around the little, integrating a force sensing resistor (FSR) (102) at the bottom to measure axial load and a flex sensor (103) along the dorsal side to capture bending angle. sensor data is processed by a low-power BLEenabled microcontroller (ESP32-C3), transmitting real-time readings to a paired smartphone application. The app displays live force and angle values and assigns ergonomic risk levels (green, yellow, red), providing actionable feedback. the modular pod design allows sensors to be repositioned, replaced, or scaled to other fingers, supporting research, clinical trials, and consumer applications. lightweight and comfortable, the device enables continuous ergonomic monitoring of the little, offering a low-cost, compact, and portable solution previously unavailable.
