Abstract: The present invention discloses a wearable facial rehabilitation device integrating neuromuscular electrical stimulation with mechanical commissure support. The device comprises a structural body, an ear-supportable module, a controller unit, a plurality of surface stimulation electrodes, a sensor arrangement, and a mechanical support arm having a soft commissure cradle. The stimulation electrodes are positioned for targeted delivery of controlled electrical stimulation to selected facial regions corresponding to zygomatic, upper buccal, and lower buccal branch zones. The mechanical support arm applies a controlled lifting force to drooping facial tissues, particularly near the cheek and oral commissure region. The controller regulates stimulation parameters including intensity, frequency, pulse duration, waveform pattern, and session duration. The sensor arrangement provides feedback relating to muscle activity, pressure, movement, or contact condition for responsive operation. The device provides an integrated, portable, and patient-friendly arrangement for supporting facial symmetry and assisting rehabilitation of facial muscle weakness. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-4]
