Abstract: The present invention discloses a wearable, non-invasive system for continuous monitoring of gastrointestinal activity using Electro- Gastrography (EGG) signals. The system comprises an EGG signal acquisition module configured to capture gastric myoelectrical activity, an analog front-end for signal conditioning, and a processing unit for preprocessing and feature extraction. A wireless communication module enables transmission of processed data to a wearable interface device and a remote computing system. The wearable interface provides real-time visualization of gut health parameters, while the remote system performs advanced analytics for longitudinal monitoring and diagnostic insights. The system operates within a distributed communication architecture enabling interoperable data exchange. The invention provides a scalable, low-power, and user-friendly solution for continuous gut health monitoring suitable for medical and field-use applications.
