Abstract: ABSTRACT ACF FILM ATTACHMENT APPARATUS WITH IMPROVED ALIGNMENT PRECISION ACF film attachment apparatus includes: frame; cutting unit installed at front portion of frame and configured to cut ACF film; bottom vision camera at lower portion of frame and configured to acquire and transmit ACF film image of ACF film cut by cutting unit; feeding rail unit at front portion of frame and configured to convey a material; attachment unit installed at front portion of frame to be vertically movable and configured to attach ACF film cut by cutting unit to material conveyed by feeding rail unit; and control unit configured to determine the position and alignment state of ACF film to be attached by attachment unit based on ACF film image transmitted from bottom vision camera, and to synchronize and control the operations of cutting unit, feeding rail unit, attachment unit, and bottom vision camera. ACF film attachment apparatus enhances alignment precision of ACF film relative to the material.
