Abstract: An active environmental control and hazard isolation system comprises an optical sensing matrix (101), an air-gapped hardware controller (102), a pneumatic sealing assembly (103), a variable-frequency air handler (104), an over-pressure relief damper (105), and a proportional oxygen regulation valve (106). Upon target gas detection, the controller expands the seal (103) to +3.5 bar and ramps the air handler (104) to establish a positive pressure isolation envelope (+30 Pa to +50 Pa), enforcing outward directional airflow (v_outward v_diffusion). Concurrently, the oxygen valve (106) depresses oxygen levels (12.0% - 15.0% v/v) for normobaric fire suppression. An ultrasonic and micro-plasma electro-catalytic reactor (107) continuously scrubs exhaust gases.
