Abstract: An adaptable medical items placement assistive device, comprising a platform 101 developed to be installed on a medical bed, a motorized clamp 102 installed underneath the platform 101 for grabbing a fixed support of bed, a L-shaped expandable rod 103 installed on platform 101 for supporting the platform 101 on support, a microphone 104 integrated in platform 101 for enabling a user/patient to provide input voice commands, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 integrated in platform 101 to determine position of the user/patient, plurality of suction units arranged on platform 101 for securing the items on the platform 101, a pair of chambers 106 arranged on lateral ends of platform 101 for allowing user to store various medicinal supplies, a speaker 107 installed on platform 101 to produce audio signals for notifying the user to refill the chamber.
