Abstract: Adaptive AI-Driven Textile Inspection Apparatus with Environmental Contextual GSM Analysis This invention describes an adaptive artificial intelligence-based textile inspection apparatus configured to perform real-time defect detection and quality evaluation under variable manufacturing conditions. The apparatus employs multi-sensor integration and environment-responsive operational modes to dynamically adjust inspection thresholds in response to humidity, airborne particulates, lighting variations, and residual fabric moisture. A novel moisture-compensated grams-per-square-meter (GSM) estimation method combining infrared scattering with microwave moisture sensing enables accurate dry weight determination without destructive drying procedures. The system further incorporates a structural recovery tracking function for evaluating latent mechanical stresses introduced during calendaring, stretching, or heat-setting, thereby preventing delayed quality failures. A hazard-linked predictive analysis module correlates recurring defect patterns with environmental or operational conditions, while geo-profiled adaptive learning ensures accurate interpretation across climate-specific and site-specific manufacturing environments. Wireless communication facilitates integration with mobile platforms, factory management systems, and cloud databases.
