MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641082708 A) filed by Rohit Gorle on July 05, 2026, for Adaptive Ai-Orchestrated Cloud-Native Platform For Enterprise Workload Protection And Autonomous Risk-Aware Deployment.

Inventor includes Rohit Gorle.

The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION ADAPTIVE AI-ORCHESTRATED CLOUD-NATIVE PLATFORM FOR ENTERPRISE WORKLOAD PROTECTION AND AUTONOMOUS RISK-AWARE DEPLOYMENT An adaptive AI orchestrated cloud native platform safeguards enterprise workloads by unifying telemetry ingestion (102), graph based correlation (106), AI driven risk modeling (108a–108d), and orchestrated enforcement (110) across pre deploy, deploy time, and runtime. An autonomy controller (112) performs risk aware deployment planning and incident response—including admission mutation, topology aware placement, microsegmentation, eBPF based enforcement, identity hardening, and autonomous quarantine or rollback—while a GRC module (114a–114d) emits explanations and audit artifacts. Protected environments (116) include containers, serverless functions, virtual machines, accelerator/GPU nodes, and data stores/applications. Figure of abstract: FIG. 1.
