MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202614028311 A) filed by Tuli, Raja on March 10, 2026, for Adaptive Cooking Method And Apparatus.
Inventor includes Tuli, Raja.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for optimizing cooking processes through adaptive temperature control, real-time monitoring, and innovative design features. The methods dynamically adjust cooking temperatures based on food properties, such as size, shape, and density, using predictive algorithms and real- time feedback from infrared cameras and thermometers. Multi-stage cooking processes allow simultaneous preparation of meals with varied food groups, using temperature adjustments to ensure optimal doneness while preventing overcooking. A multi-zone cooking system creates temperature gradients within the cooking chamber, enabling precise and efficient preparation of foods requiring different heat levels. The apparatus features halogen lamps operating within a controlled wavelength range for precise searing and includes integrated cameras to analyze food properties and adjust heating parameters dynamically. Additional enhancements, such as angled fins for air circulation and high-powered fans, improve heat distribution, ensuring even cooking, reduced cooking times, and enhanced food quality.
