Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is an adaptive decision system (100) for dynamic task allocation in hybrid human-AI environments that comprises a user device (102) configured to receive workflow information, task information, human inputs, and AI agent information, a display unit (104) configured to present task allocation decisions, workflow status, and performance information; a repository (106) configured to store workflow data, agent profiles, historical execution data, performance metrics, optimization parameters, and benchmark data; and a processing unit (108) comprising a goal identification module (110), an agent capability assessment module (112), a decision and uncertainty analysis module (114), a dynamic task allocation module (116), and a workflow monitoring and performance optimization module (118) configured to identify workflow goals, evaluate agent characteristics, generate adaptive task allocation decisions, allocate workflow tasks, monitor workflow execution, optimize task allocation decisions, and compare optimized performance against benchmark data. The system comprises a memory unit (120) and communication unit (122).
