Abstract: [0036] An adaptive dust filtering and control system for industrial exhaust fans is disclosed, addressing limitations of static filtration methods. The system comprises a filtration module, pressure sensors, and a control unit. Pressure sensors continuously measure differential pressure across the filter. The control unit calculates raw and smoothed differential pressure, establishes a baseline pressure, and determines a clog level and clog growth rate. This rate is compared against a baseline clog growth pattern to identify abnormal clogging. The system adaptively adjusts filtration or initiates cleaning actions based on this dynamic analysis. Post- intervention monitoring assesses cleaning effectiveness, minimizing unnecessary actions, conserving energy, and enhancing worker safety by preventing dust re-entrainment. [FIG. 1]
