Abstract: Abstract Adaptive Food Measurement Platform with Dynamic Stabilization and Nutritional Assessment The present invention relates to an adaptive food measurement platform for accurately determining food quantity and nutritional parameters under static and dynamic operating conditions. The platform comprises a force sensing module, a signal conditioning module, an embedded processing unit, an adaptive stabilization engine, an adaptive calibration engine, a confidence evaluation engine, a nutritional assessment engine, and an output interface. Successive measurement signals are analysed to compensate for sensor drift, motion-induced disturbances, baseline deviations, and environmental variations before generating a stabilized food measurement. A confidence index is computed to validate measurement reliability prior to nutritional assessment. Nutritional parameters are determined using ingredient-specific nutritional information and the validated food measurement. The platform further supports sensor fusion and wireless communication for real-time monitoring and dietary management. The invention improves measurement accuracy, reliability, repeatability, and practical usability in portable food measurement systems.
