Abstract: The present invention relates to an adaptive immersion-based intravenous fluid warming apparatus with closed-loop temperature regulation for warming intravenous fluids prior to patient administration. The apparatus comprises a water chamber (10) containing a thermally conductive heating medium, a heating plate (30), an adjustable lid assembly (40) guided by one or more guide rods (42), a lead screw mechanism (50) driven by a stepper motor (60), an intravenous tubing assembly including an immersed tubing segment (80), and an electronic control system including a microcontroller unit (70), motor driver (71), heater driver (72), power supply module (73), inlet temperature sensor (91), outlet temperature sensor (92), water temperature sensor (93), water level sensor (95), display (96), and control buttons (97). The electronic control system continuously monitors operating parameters and automatically regulates the heating output and/or immersion depth of the intravenous tubing to maintain the intravenous fluid within a predetermined therapeutic temperature range. The apparatus provides adaptive heat transfer, improved temperature regulation accuracy, enhanced patient safety, reduced risk of overheating or underheating, and reliable warming of intravenous fluids for emergency, surgical, critical care, and transport medicine applications
