The system (100) comprises a plurality of foundation modules (106) positioned beneath a structure (102), each foundation module (200) comprising a structural foundation block (202), an embedded sensing assembly (204), and an adaptive support assembly (206). The system (100) further comprises a distributed sensing network (402) configured to continuously monitor geotechnical and structural parameters, a central control unit (110) comprising a central monitoring unit (404) and a settlement prediction engine (406) configured to aggregate sensor data, analyze soil response and settlement behavior, and predict future differential settlement. An adaptive compensation assembly (408) selectively modifies local support conditions of affected foundation modules (106) in response to predicted differential settlement. A verification module (410) evaluates effectiveness of the modified support condition and initiates additional adaptive compensation when predefined settlement criteria are not satisfied.
