Abstract: The titled invention discloses an adaptive motion-weighted cuffiess blood pressure monitoring system using multi-sensor fusion and embedded Artificial Intelligence (Al) architecture for continuous, non-invasive, and real-time cardiovascular monitoring. The system comprises a wearable sensing module (1), a photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor (2), an inertial measurement unit (IMU) sensor (3), an embedded processing unit (4), a cloud server platform (5), a user monitoring interface (6), and a power supply unit (7). The photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor continuously acquires physiological signals, while the inertial measurement unit measures user movement for motion-aware signal evaluation. The embedded processing unit performs signal conditioning, machine learning-based blood pressure estimation, and adaptive self calibration. The cloud server platform performs longitudinal trend analysis and predictive cardiovascular assessment, while the user monitoring interface displays real-time blood pressure values and predictive health alerts. The invention provides continuous cuffless blood pressure monitoring with improved estimation accuracy, reduced motion-induced errors, and enhanced remote healthcare support.
