Abstract: ABSTRACT ADAPTIVE MULTI-SIGNAL TLS/QUIC NETWORK TRAFFIC CLASSIFICATION AND CROSS-DEVICE TRACKER BLOCKING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF The present disclosure relates to a system and method for network-wide encrypted traffic classification and adaptive blocking. The system (100) comprises a packet inspection engine (102) configured to extract encrypted-traffic metadata from Transport Layer Security (TLS) or Quick User Datagram Protocol (UDP) Internet Connections (QUIC) communications. A plurality of heterogeneous detection modules (104) independently generate corresponding detection signals from the encrypted-traffic metadata. A corroboration engine (106) aggregates weighted scores associated with the corresponding detection signals and classifies a network connection as a target connection only when a cumulative score satisfies a predefined corroboration threshold requiring concurrence of at least two independent detection signals. An enforcement engine (108) automatically blocks the classified target connection and propagates corresponding blocking information to a network resolver (110) for network-wide enforcement across the multiple client devices (114) without client-side software installation.
