Abstract: ADAPTIVE NON-INVASIVE INTRACRANIAL PRESSURE MONITORING HELMET Abstract The invention discloses an adaptive non-invasive intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring helmet for continuous real-time estimation of ICP without invasive cranial probes. The system integrates ultrasound transducers, skull deformation sensors, cerebral blood-flow velocity probes, and acoustic sensing modules within a wearable helmet. Acquired multimodal physiological signals are conditioned, synchronized, and processed using an embedded signal-processing unit and AI-based data fusion algorithms to estimate ICP dynamically. The helmet includes adaptive calibration to compensate for patient-specific anatomical variations and motion artifacts, improving measurement accuracy. Wireless communication enables transmission of ICP data, alerts, and trends to remote monitoring stations and cloud platforms for tele-neurology and critical-care applications. The device is portable, battery-powered, and suitable for use in intensive care units, ambulances, military settings, and home healthcare, enabling early detection of intracranial hypertension and continuous neurological monitoring without surgical intervention.
