Abstract: Abstract Adaptive Operating-State Bearing Condition Assessment System The present invention relates to an adaptive operating-state-aware bearing condition assessment system for predictive maintenance of rotating machinery. The system comprises a processing unit, a vibration sensor module, a temperature and humidity sensor, a display module, an alarm device, and a communication interface. Unlike conventional monitoring systems employing fixed threshold values, the invention generates an operating-state profile using environmental and operational parameters and dynamically compensates acquired sensor measurements before evaluating bearing health. An adaptive bearing health index is computed from the compensated measurements and used to classify the bearing condition and generate maintenance notifications. By distinguishing genuine bearing degradation from environmental and operational variations, the invention substantially reduces false alarm generation and improves diagnostic reliability. The system provides an accurate, low-cost predictive maintenance solution suitable for industrial machinery without requiring expensive industrial monitoring hardware or computationally intensive analytics.
