Abstract: An adaptive ride comfort system for heavy construction machinery and method thereof, comprising a plurality of magnetorheological (MR) fluid-based suspension units 101 supporting an operator cabin 102 relative to a vehicle chassis 103 to isolate and control vibration transmission generated during operation of heavy construction machinery over uneven terrain, thereby improving ride stability, operator comfort, and overall operational performance, a sensor network configured to capture real-time kinematic and displacement data, and a control unit operatively connected to the sensor network, the control unit including a processor and memory storing a Deep Reinforcement Learning agent, the agent configured to receive state inputs, determine optimal damping actions based on a learned policy, and generate control signals to adjust damping characteristics in real time, thereby reducing vibration transmission to the operator cabin 102, and a method for real-time vibration control in a vehicle chassis cabin.
