Abstract: The increasing need for efficient, sustainable, and intelligent water treatment has led to the development of advanced desalination systems capable of reducing energy consumption while improving water recovery and resource utilization. The present invention relates to an Adaptive Thermal Desalination System for Direct Seawater to Grade-1 Water Generation and Resource Recovery. The system integrates seawater pretreatment, adaptive thermal evaporation, intelligent heat recovery, advanced water purification, continuous brine management, automatic salt harvesting, and embedded intelligent control into a unified desalination platform. Seawater is pretreated and supplied to an Adaptive Dual-Tray Evaporation Chamber (108), where the evaporation tray geometry is dynamically adjusted based on real-time operating conditions to improve evaporation efficiency and reduce salt scaling. Generated steam is condensed through a Plate Heat Exchanger Condenser (116), while recovered thermal energy is utilized to preheat incoming seawater through a Secondary Heat Recovery Heat Exchanger, thereby improving thermal efficiency and reducing energy requirements. The distilled water is further purified through a UV Oxidation Reactor (120), Mixed-Bed DI Resin Cartridge Ultrafiltration Module and Final Sterile Membrane Filter to produce Grade-1 laboratory water.
