Abstract: The present invention describes a voice-driven banking system that automatically generates transaction forms while maintaining continuous user authentication. The system enables secure and accessible banking through natural language interactions. It includes a data extraction unit that retrieves customer information from financial databases and a language-processing module employing artificial intelligence to understand regional languages, dialects, and informal speech. A decision engine interprets user intent and activates the appropriate transaction workflow. Information collected through voice or document-assisted inputs is structured and mapped to predefined templates for automated form generation, reducing manual effort. Simultaneously, an identity assurance module performs periodic verification by capturing facial images and comparing extracted biometric features with authenticated records. A liveness detection mechanism analyses surface characteristics to identify spoofing attempts. If authentication failure or suspicious activity is detected, the session is terminated. The system provides a secure, scalable, and inclusive banking solution, particularly benefiting users with limited literacy.
