Abstract: An adjustable bird feeding and health monitoring assistive device comprises, a cuboidal body 101 positioned on a ground surface to accommodate a bird, a touch enabled screen 102 for enabling a user to give input commands for accommodating a bird, a camera 103 for detecting dimensions of bird, a set of curved-shaped plates 104 installed with side walls and ceiling portion of the body 101 via a set of telescopically operated rods 105 to extend for positioning the plates 104 in contact with side and back portion of the bird, multiple motorized hinge joints 106 modulate shape of plate 104 securely accommodating the bird inside the body 101, an inverted L- shaped rod 107 for positioning a V-shaped clamp 108 over neck portion of the bird for gripping neck portion of the bird and secure the bird inside the body 101 for facilitating user to feed bird.
