Abstract: An adjustable cloth desiccating assistive device, comprising an inverted T-shaped frame 101 to accommodate wet clothes, a hook 102 configured with the frame 101 for engaging the frame 101 in an enclosure, a computing unit wirelessly associated with device for enabling user to provide command for desiccating the wet clothes, an ultrasonic sensor determine dimensions of the clothes, a motorized drawer arrangement 103 integrated in the frame 101 to extend/retract the frame 101, a sensing module having a temperature sensor and a moisture sensor to monitor temperature and moisture level of the clothes, a hot air blower 104 to blow hot air in the clothes, and a UV (ultraviolet) based sanitization unit 105 to sanitize the wet clothes.
