Abstract: An adjustable cold sponging device comprises a plate 101 developed to be mounted on backrest of a seat, thermal imaging unit 102 determines presence of user accommodated on seat along with temperature gradient of the user, motorized slider 104 translates pair of telescopically operated links 103 in an upward direction in proximity to evaluated area of the user’s forehead, a container 106 for storing coolant, looped conduit 201 coiled connected with a container 106 having a pump which pumps coolant in conduit 201, the links 103 retract for pressing the strip 105 against the user’s forehead for allowing user to experience cold sponging, a pair of guiding rack translate pair of motorized rollers 202 along the guiding rack towards center portion of strip 105 for pressing portion of conduit 201s not engaged with user’s forehead, and Peltier unit maintains required temperature of coolant.
