Abstract: An adjustable glutinous rice ball preparation assistive device, comprises of an elongated body 101 having a proximal configured with a handle 102 that is accessed by a user for gripping the body 101 and distal end, multiple cylinders 201 coupled in the structure 104 that is dipped in the batter along with the structure 104, multiple extendable pins 202 configured on inner periphery of the cylinders 201 for applying an even pressure on the inserted batter, an extendable pusher configured in between the structure 104 and each of the cylinders 201 to move the pushers, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 embedded on the body 101 to determine dimensions of the batter extruded from each of the cylinders 201, a motorized gripper 106 mounted on the body 101 configured with a blade 107 to translate the blade 107 along front portion of the cylinders 201 leading to cut the user-specified dimensions of the batter from the structure 104.
