Abstract: An adjustable metal pipe painting device, comprising, a body 101 having a first and second portion 102, 103, an inlet crafted on first portion 102 for allowing a user to insert a metal pipe, multiple rollers 104 rotates for allowing pipe to get inserted inside body 101, an imaging unit 105 to determine thickness of pipe, a corrosion detection sensor for detecting presence of rust on surface of pipe, a grinding wheel 106 to rotate for performing scrubbing over rod’s surface, a plate 107 arranged at base of the body 101 for collecting scrubbed off rust, a multiple nozzles 110 to dispense a paint stored in the chamber 109 on outer periphery of the pipe in view of coating the paint on the pipe, multiple air blowers 111 to blow air towards inside of the body 101 in view of drying the paint on surface of the pipe.
