Inventors include Rajiv Ranjan; and Murali Jagannathan.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: ADOCC- MACHINE LEARNING (ML)-BASED AUTOMATIC GENERATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS Embodiments disclosed herein provide a method and system for automatically generating a legal document using a machine learning (ML) model. The method includes generating datasets associated with legal documents. The datasets include segments. The method includes receiving predefined legal categories and predefined legal sub-categories associated with the legal documents. Further, the method includes extracting legal entities from each of the segments. Further, the method includes classifying the legal entities based on the predefined legal categories and the predefined legal sub-categories. Furthermore, the method includes generating a structured database. The method includes iteratively updating the structured database based on a degree of relevancy between each of the classified legal entities. Furthermore, the method includes employing a machine learning (ML) engine to iteratively train and test a document generation ML model. Furthermore, the method includes automatically generating a legal document based on the trained aaa ML model.
