Abstract: Advanced Decision-Making Engine for Autonomous System Optimization and Dynamic Problem Solving The present invention relates to an AI driven decision optimization system (100) for real time, autonomous decision making in manufacturing and automation. The system integrates Causal AI (102), Reinforcement Learning (RL), Genetic Algorithms (103), Large Language Models (LLMs) (106) and Agentic AI (104) for optimizing multi-variable constraints, improving process efficiency, and minimizing operational downtime. The system has the ability to ingest and contextualize Subject Matter Expert (SME) (101) knowledge from structured and unstructured data and produce recommendations that are consistent with human decision making. The system improves recommendations dynamically by real-time feedback, enhancing decision accuracy and adaptability over time. Furthermore, the system is integrated with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other industrial automation systems, thus offering an end to end AI enabled decision support system. The invention improves manufacturing productivity, maintenance, and resources management, solving constraints of current decision support systems that are static and not integrated with real time AI.
