Abstract: The present invention provides a heat recovery stack system for biomass-fired boilers that improves energy efficiency, reduces emissions, and optimizes fuel utilization. This recovered heat is used for preheating feedwater and drying biomass fuel i.e. adsorbent before combustion, thereby enhancing combustion efficiency and reducing emissions. The system further incorporates a controlled exhaust ducting mechanism to ensure safe dispersion of flue gases while minimizing environmental impact. The invention includes an automated control unit that dynamically adjusts operational parameters based on real-time data.
