Abstract: ABSTRACT: The present invention relates to an image-guided intervascular therapeutic system for the treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), particularly in the femoropopliteal segment subjected Co dynamic mechanical stresses. The device comprises a guide wire (202) integrated with a microscale lesion disruption nanobot (101), a catheter shaft (301) for delivery and positioning, and a stent deployment assembly including an expandable balloon (201) and a stent (203). The nanobot (101), positioned at the tip of the guide wire (202), performs localized plaque disruption under imaging guidance to improve lumen accessibility. The balloon (201) is inflated to expand the stent (203), thereby restoring vessel patency and creating a temporary working lumen for effective intervention. The catheter shaft (301) enables controlled navigation, precise positioning, and coordinated operation of all components within the vascular pathway. Upon completion of the procedure, the balloon (201) is deflated, allowing the stent (203) to disengage, and the entire device including the nanobot (101) is retracted, leaving no permanent implant. This integrated approach combines real- time guidance, active lesion treatment, and temporary mechanical support to enhance procedural efficiency while reducing long-term complications and implant-related failure (Figure 1),
