Inventors include Kurnool, Jaya Kumar; Madasamy, Subburaj; and Dinesh, Akash Mulemajalu.
The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an aerosol generating device (100) and a method (200) thereof. The aerosol generating device (100) includes an acoustic sensor (112) that detects acoustic signals to collect data associated with at least one of: an inhalation event, a false trigger event, and one or more voice commands. A control unit (114) is operatively coupled to the acoustic sensor (112). The control unit (114) analyzes the collected data based on pre-defined acoustic parameters, and controls operation of the aerosol generating device (100) according to the analyzed data. During the false trigger event, the control unit (114) prevents activation of a heater assembly (118) of the aerosol generating device (100) to avoid unintended aerosol generation.
