Abstract: ABSTRACT An agro-ecological decision support system (100) comprises a soil data module (102), a location data module (104), a crop data module (106), a processing layer (108), an output layer (120), and a cloud storage and processing module (126). The processing layer (108) includes an ecological simulation module (110) configured to generate projected ecological conditions, an ecological simulation processing module (114) configured to derive ecological indicators, an artificial intelligence and machine-learning module (112) configured to process the ecological indicators, a tipping probability prediction module (116) configured to determine a tipping probability score, and a risk-adjusted decision engine (118) configured to generate adjusted crop suitability values using baseline crop suitability information, crop vulnerability information, and the tipping probability score. The output layer (120) comprises a crop recommendation module (122) and an explanation module (124). The system further comprises a digital twin simulation framework configured to simulate crop-performance trajectories under projected ecological conditions.
