MUMBAI, India, Aug. 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641095732 A) filed by Anuj Kumar, Mechanical Engineer Senior Engineering Manager, Vegazva Group on August 07, 2026, for Ai - Powered Advanced Manufacturing And Digital Engineering Analytics Device With Digital Twin Integration.
Inventor includes Anuj Kumar, Mechanical Engineer Senior Engineering Manager, Vegazva Group.
The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an intelligent cyber-physical manufacturing system comprising an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered manufacturing analytics device integrated with a multi-dimensional digital twin architecture. The invention creates a synchronized virtual representation of manufacturing assets, production processes, products, tools, energy systems, and factory ecosystems. The proposed device continuously acquires data from physical systems through Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) networks and updates corresponding digital twins in real time. The system employs machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, graph neural networks, explainable artificial intelligence, and physics-informed simulation models to predict failures, optimize manufacturing parameters, estimate product quality, evaluate sustainability metrics, and autonomously generate engineering decisions. Unlike conventional manufacturing monitoring systems, the proposed invention establishes a self-learning cognitive manufacturing environment where digital twins continuously evolve, communicate, reason, and optimize manufacturing operations through a closed-loop cyber-physical framework. The invention significantly enhances productivity, quality, energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational resilience while enabling Industry 5.0 human-centric manufacturing.
