Abstract: Abstract AI-Assisted Lower Limb Rehabilitation and Recovery Prediction System The present invention relates to an AI-assisted lower limb rehabilitation and recovery prediction system for facilitating personalized rehabilitation of individuals affected by neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or mobility-related impairments. The system comprises a wearable lower-limb exoskeleton assembly, a motion sensing module, a processing and control unit, an adaptive actuation mechanism, a rehabilitation interface, and an artificial intelligence-based rehabilitation analytics engine. The motion sensing module continuously acquires movement-related parameters that are analyzed to determine movement quality, rehabilitation progress, and fatigue conditions. An adaptive assistance module dynamically modifies rehabilitation support according to patient performance and recovery status. A predictive recovery engine generates individualized recovery profiles, rehabilitation forecasts, and therapy optimization recommendations. The system further incorporates an interactive gamified rehabilitation environment that adapts therapeutic challenges according to user progress. The invention improves rehabilitation effectiveness, patient engagement, therapy compliance, and recovery monitoring in both clinical and home-based rehabilitation environments.
