Abstract: Abstract An AI-assisted medical imaging analysis system includes an imaging input interface, processor, memory, preprocessing module, segmentation module, feature extraction module, deep learning analysis module, and diagnostic support output interface. Medical image data received from MRI, CT, X-ray, or another imaging source is processed by noise reduction, contrast enhancement, and normalization. A segmentation module isolates a region of interest, and a feature extraction module identifies imaging patterns from the region. A convolutional neural network or hybrid neural model detects, classifies, or segments abnormalities, including lesions, tumours, fractures, infections, nodules, retinal abnormalities, cardiac findings, thyroid findings, and prostate segmentation regions. The output interface presents a prediction together with a localized region of concern to support professional review. A continuous learning module can store validated feedback for later performance monitoring or model retraining. Dated 13 May 2026 Kumar Tushar Srivastava IN/PA- 3973 Agent for the Applicant
