Abstract: The present invention is a technology assisted mental health solution for the university student population as a whole, in form of an AI (artificial intelligence) supported multisensory pod combining screening, assessment intervention and referral to act as an integrated system. The gadget revolutionizes the process of guiding users past basic symptom-awareness to create and provide a comprehensive one-stop-shop for mental stability assessment, structured-symptom analysis, an AI- accommodated description of possible mental-health problems, psychological testing and maltreatment. The pod also now features synchronised video tutorials, as well as education material and guided exercises adapted to how the user thinks currently, providing support for learning concepts alongside intentional use of psychotherapeutic techniques. The device operates as a comprehensive brain health support system, enabling students to interact with the mental aspect of their well- being privately and without stigma in a scientifically-backed approach. By AI-generated reports, conceptual explanations and referral suggestions, the platform allow users to deepen their self-care by understanding what’s next rather than guessing reduce lag time between speculation and action. An experimental test of the invention can be utilised through a pre-test–post-test one group design to test its efficacy, where participants selected purposively will interact with the pod and take task-based assessment measures in use. Data will inform and establish the effectiveness of the device in improving mental-health literacy, more reliable assessment, and earlier intervention.
