Abstract: The present invention provides an AI-assisted preventive healthcare system (100) comprising a multi-source health data acquisition module (1), secure preprocessing and normalization module (2), encrypted longitudinal health-profile data store (3), personalized baseline and temporal analytics module (4), AI analysis engine (5), independent output validation and safety module (6), preventive guidance and contextual escalation module (7), and secure user, caregiver and healthcare-service interface module (8). Multi-source health, activity and lifestyle data are normalized and stored longitudinally. The module (4) establishes an individualized baseline and performs temporal analysis. The engine (5) generates a preliminary non-diagnostic output, which the independent module (6) validates against data-quality, confidence, contextual and safety conditions before delivery. Validated outputs provide preventive guidance, reminders, dashboards, caregiver notifications and, when warranted, recommendations to consult an appropriate healthcare professional or service.
