Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is an AI-based breast cancer prediction system (100) using clinical and medical imaging data that comprises an Input Interface (102), a Communication Interface (104), a Clinical Data Acquisition Unit (106), a Medical Imaging Acquisition Unit (108), a Memory Unit (110), and a Processing Unit (112). The Processing Unit (112) includes a Data Pre-processing Module (114), a Data Normalization Module (116), a Feature Extraction Module (118), a Feature Selection Module (120), a Data Fusion Module (122), an Artificial Intelligence Prediction Module (124), an Image Analysis Module (126), a Clinical Data Analysis Module (128), an Explainable Artificial Intelligence Module (130), and a Risk Assessment Module (132) configured to pre-process, analyse, and integrate clinical data and medical imaging data, classify breast lesions as at least one of benign and malignant, predict breast cancer probability, generate interpretable predictions, and determine patient-specific risk, thereby improving early breast cancer detection, diagnostic accuracy, clinical decision-making, and patient care.
