Abstract: AI-Based Customer Demand Forecasting and Automated Industrial Production Scheduling Device ABSTRACT An AI-based customer demand forecasting and automated industrial production scheduling system that can estimate future customer demand and automatically create an optimal production schedule for an industrial manufacturing environment is the subject of the current invention. To determine a suitable production plan, the device integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning, historical sales analysis, inventory data, production capacity, machine availability, workforce availability, raw material status, order priority, delivery requirements, and other operational parameters. Through one or more data input interfaces, the device receives customer order data, historical demand data, inventory data, production-related data, and external or internal influencing parameters. The received data is preprocessed by a data processing module that handles missing numbers, eliminates errors, organises the data, and transforms it into a format that is appropriate for forecasting. A demand forecasting module creates a forecasted demand value for one or more products over a chosen future time by identifying demand trends using one or more AI or machine learning approaches. A production scheduling module receives the anticipated demand and uses it to assess available manufacturing resources, machine capacity, production time, raw material availability, inventory levels, order priorities, and delivery dates. The production scheduling module automatically creates a production schedule that includes product quantities, production sequences, machine allocation, production timing, and resource utilisation based on the evaluation. As a result, the system offers an integrated way to link industrial production planning and customer demand forecasting. The idea can lessen the effort required for manual scheduling, enhance the use of manufacturing resources, cut down on needless inventory and production delays, and enable prompt customer requirement fulfilment.
