Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-based system for early detection of diabetic foot complications using foot-image and clinical information. The system addresses challenges in diabetic foot management, including delayed complication detection, dependence on manual assessment, and limitations of isolated clinical or visual monitoring. The system integrates foot-image information and clinical information associated with a diabetic patient, wherein the collected information is processed, integrated, and analysed using an artificial intelligence-based analysis framework to establish relationships between foot characteristics, clinical parameters, patient information, and diabetic foot complication patterns. The system generates an early detection assessment, risk score, and/or risk condition and further monitor changes in the diabetic foot condition over time. The system further provides continuous or periodic monitoring, risk classification, and a feedback mechanism for updating the detection process based on newly acquired foot-image information and observed patient conditions. Timely alerts are generated when a predefined complication-risk threshold is exceeded, thereby enabling early clinical intervention, improved diabetic foot monitoring, and preventive management.
