Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-based emotional monitoring and intervention system designed to enhance automotive safety by continuously assessing and responding to a driver's emotional state. The system comprises a plurality of sensors, including cameras for facial recognition, infrared sensors for detecting body temperature, and heart rate monitors, strategically placed within a vehicle to collect data on a driver's body language, heart rate, and facial expressions. An AI Emotion Monitoring Module, integrated into the vehicle's onboard computer system, processes this data using machine learning techniques to determine the driver's emotional state. Based on this analysis, an Intervention Module, integrated with the vehicle's control systems, executes interventions such as adjusting lighting, music, and vehicle speed to mitigate emotional distress. The system features a user interface for feedback and alerts via the vehicle's infotainment system and a Vehicle Control System enabling the Intervention Module to manage speed and functions.
